Terms of Service for GASPNTRADER

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of GASPNTRADER ("App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Use of the App

GASPNTRADER is a trading journal application. You may use the App for personal trading tracking purposes only.

2. No Registration Required

You can use the App instantly without creating an account. All data is stored locally in your browser. Optional account creation (via Google or X login) enables cloud sync across devices.

3. Data Ownership

  • • You retain full ownership of all trades, notes, images, and other data you enter into GASPNTRADER.

  • • GASPNTRADER does not access or claim ownership of your data.

    • 4. Data Storage & Backup

  • • Your data is stored in Local Storage in your browser by default.

  • • If you sign in, your data is synced to secure cloud storage.

  • • We are not responsible for any data loss due to browser clearing, device failure, or other technical issues.

  • • You are responsible for backing up your data if desired. You can export your data in JSON format from Settings.

    • 5. Free Service & Subscriptions

  • • GASPNTRADER provides all features for free on an ad-supported basis.

  • • An optional PRO subscription ($4.99/month) removes all advertisements.

  • • Subscriptions are processed by Paddle. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms.

  • • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access to all features but ads will be displayed again.

    • 6. Advertising

  • • The free version of GASPNTRADER displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense and potentially other third-party ad networks.

  • • Ads are served based on cookies and may be personalized based on your browsing activity. See our Privacy Policy for details.

  • • We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Clicking on ads may redirect you to external websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

  • • You agree not to interfere with, manipulate, or fraudulently click on advertisements displayed in the App.

    • 7. User Conduct

    You agree not to:

  • • Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • • Attempt to disrupt the App or access other users' data

  • • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App

  • • Interfere with advertisements or ad-serving technology

    • 8. Intellectual Property

  • • The App, its design, code, and content (excluding user data) are the property of GASPNTRADER.

  • • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

    • 9. Limitation of Liability

  • • GASPNTRADER is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

  • • We are not responsible for any trading losses, errors, or decisions based on data from the App.

  • • We are not liable for any damages resulting from advertisements displayed in the App or interactions with advertisers.

    • 10. Changes to Terms

    We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the App, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
